Charge invariance — where it appears

The experimental fact that a body's charge does not depend on how fast it is moving, unlike its energy, its length or its duration. Neutral matter is neutral to better than 10⁻²¹ of an elementary charge even where inner electrons move at a large fraction of light speed, and every field-transformation argument rests on it.
